Gluten Free Brownies?

Print Friendly and PDFPrint Friendly
YEP!...kinda

Preface. Tay Zonday from youtube requested SortedFood to make some sort of "healthy" brownie recipe. They came up with this Chocolate Polenta. In all honesty, I was intrigued but super skeptical. The words, "brownies" & "healthy" just don't go together hehe. But I tried the recipe out of sheer curiosity.

Surprise.Surprise. I still prefer actual brownies. HOWEVER, as I bit into one for the first time, I surprisingly didn't miss the dense, rich, fudgeyness of the real thing. So I say, don't make these expecting BROWNIES. These aren't brownies, BUT they are delicious and satiated my chocolate cravings in a different way. For those with health issues or allergies to gluten, this is pretty fantastic.
