This one has less calories, sugars, more protein, and quite frankly it just works a lot better. OH and it tastes, pretty darn good!! lol Like a cookies 'n' cream flavored milk shake except, good for you! I think I'm going to use this in a future brownie recipe! :)
Protein levels are depleted through exercise. Muscles require amino acids to prevent deterioration, give endurance and build mass. Proteins supply these amino acids to the muscles which is why athletes use whey protein.
