This is the perfect post workout smoothie. Other people may call it a post work-out "protein shake", but I call it smoothie because it tastes just like the ones you get at the restaurants and smoothie bars except it's good for you!! :)
- 6 oz. Light Soy Milk
- half of a banana smashed
- half of a banana smashed
- small handful of assorted frozen berries
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 1 tsp of maca powder
- 1/2 C frozen crushed ice
Blend all the ingredients in a blender and serve! ENJOY!
