This is a playlist of songs I find help me get through a really tough cardio workout (especially ones that involve staying on the treadmill for an hour...can you say, BORING!!). They really keep me energized and help distract my thoughts away from the sweaty and painful task at hand haha. If you need a boost in your workouts, try listening to these jams! They're also just great songs period, so listen to them anywhere, anytime!! :)
