For Day 1 of this challenge, I went with something safe and simple... the very popular, Strawberry Banana Smoothie! I made this bright and early in place of my morning coffee.
Strawberry Banana Spinach Smoothie
Ingredients
Cooking Directions
- 1 handful frozen strawberries
- 1 sliced banana
- 2 large handfuls fresh baby spinach
- 1/4-1/2 C fresh pineapple juice
Blend until smooth. You can ice if you're using fresh strawberries.
